• Our expansion includes 24 new Atrium apartments, available in two floor plans with up to 1,400 square feet.

Cottages

If you prefer your own quiet neighborhood with access to all of our community’s amenities, services and social opportunities, then check out our handsome, freestanding cottages.

• Available in three designs — a 2-bedroom, 2-bath floor plan or two different 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath floor plans.
• Sizes range from 1,634 square feet to nearly 2,000 square feet.
